A key difference between brushless and brushed DC motors lies in the commutation mechanism. BLDCs replace mechanical copper brushes and commutators with electronic commutation systems driven by solid-state circuitry. At TeTe Motor, we utilize high-energy-density Neodymium (NdFeB) permanent magnets on the rotor and precision-wound copper coils on the stator. By sequencing current pulses through the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field is generated, pulling the rotor along in complete synchronization.
