Globally, electro-mechanical drive applications are shifting toward brushless topologies. Direct Current (DC) motors have traditionally utilized carbon brushes to mechanically commutate electrical current to the rotating coils. While simple in design, brushed motors create mechanical friction, spark EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), generate heat, and eventually wear down, leading to motor failure.
In industrial zones in Punjab and Sindh, summer temperatures regularly test the limits of factory machinery. A traditional brushed motor generates substantial internal thermal energy at the brush-commutator interface. When ambient temperatures are already high, this heat generation accelerates winding insulation failure. In contrast, our Brushless DC (BLDC) motors place the windings on the stationary stator.
