We can customize the input voltage (3V to 48V), coil winding profile to shift torque-speed curves, output shaft design (D-cut, cross-drilled, splined, or threaded), gearbox materials (POM plastic, powder metallurgy, or cut steel gears), internal lubrication (wide-temperature grease), and feedback sensors (magnetic or optical encoders up to 4096 PPR).
Planetary gearboxes are ideal for high radial load, compact designs demanding high torque. The load is shared across multiple planet gears, giving planetary gearheads higher torque density and durability. Spur gearboxes are simpler, more cost-effective, and efficient for lower torque, lower radial load applications where cost is a major constraint.
Worm gearboxes provide quiet operation due to sliding gear contact. We reduce noise by using tight machining tolerances on the worm shaft, combining self-lubricating plastics with metal gears, and using specialized acoustic testing chambers to inspect noise levels on every production run.
